My family and I stayed at the Family Primavera Hotel in July for 2 weeks and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel and staff are just amazing. They really know how to take care of kids to make sure they are happy and having fun. The hard part was convincing my daughter to leave the hotel so we could experience what the region has to offer. Highly recommended!

We were looking for a friendly and confortable place where our kids could escape from their daily routine and have a jolly great time! We found one and it met our expectations. Service is impeccable, food beyond expectations, relax for parents and great time for kids. Kids are taken into custody by a very professional staff and treated with games, drawings and coloring material, magic shows, treasure hunts. The Levico Lake just round the corner is a pearl and a plus!

For us it was the second stay in this structure. Our children are super happy every time. All the staff are very helpful, the nannies in the children's area manage to involve the children in a positive way. The food is very good, the buffet guarantees to satisfy every taste and they handle every other need with competence. The rooms are functional and clean, family-friendly with every comfort available. Super positive experience that we plan to repeat next year too! Thanks for everything.

We stayed for the St. Lucia weekend, it's a show for the children, very well organised. Good and varied food, the buffet with children was highly approved. The rooms are well furnished, there is everything you need but they are too noisy. You can hear both the noise from the street and what those in the rooms next door say... in short, you notice that the construction of the building is old.

It's not a good family hotel... it's an EXCELLENT family hotel!! They really have everything you could want. Tailor-made for children....but also for parents because, between the games room and nannies, they will also find time to dine in peace! Well done to everyone for their courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism! Colorful, warm and spacious rooms, even the bathrooms (with windows!)! In short, you really feel at home.
